Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my project or client limit?
You can archive older projects or clients to free up your active slots, or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. Archived data is never deleted — you can unarchive at any time.
What counts as a "project"?
A project is a folder that holds audits for a single client engagement — for example, a website redesign or an annual accessibility review. Archived projects do not count toward your active project limit.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment and save you roughly 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
No spreadsheets. No ad-hoc templates. Just a workspace that was built for accessibility auditing from the ground up.
